Four of us just spent five wonderful days at Stirling.  Moss Cliff cabin was clean and comfortable with daily maid service.  Staff was very friendly, attentive, and prompt. They were the best I have seen in a long time.  The food was great and the soup served every day at lunch was the best we ever had and we are not soup fans.  Boats were OK but the 20 HP pontoon we rented was slow.  Allow plenty of time for transient to any of the five accessible lakes.  The main lake has a lot of weeds in the shallow areas.  The fishing was extremely slow with most in deep water of 20 to 30 feet deep or even deeper.  Even with the slow fishing/boat, I would not hesitate to go back.

Hot and dry, and super fishy!  We had a great few days of fishing, but had to work hard for them.  Boated many bass in the 2-4+lb range during 4 solid days of catching fish.  Great service from all the staff!  Looking forward to next time.

My family and I traveled from PA and stayed at Stirling lodge for a long weekend fishing trip. The boat rental and “Post and Beam” restaurant were both very close by.

The staff that checked us in and the restaurant staff were Super friendly and always helpful.

The food at the restaurant was excellent!  The various Homemade pies were delicious.

I would highly recommend this place.
